This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Spanish-language version is the legally binding version and prevails in case of discrepancy. Service provided from Costa Rica; Costa Rican law applies.
1. Acceptance
Access to and use of rkm.one implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Use of the site
You agree to use the site lawfully, not to take actions that affect its operation or security, and to provide truthful information in the assessment form.
3. Scope of the assessment and services
The "Digital ecosystem assessment" is a consultative analysis and recommendation service. It does not guarantee specific commercial results (sales, leads, or positioning), as these depend on multiple external factors. Concrete technical scope, deliverables, timelines, and economic terms of any service are defined in a separate proposal or contract.
4. Asset ownership
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, accounts, domains, data, CRM, platforms, and access created or configured for the client are the client's property. The client is responsible for safeguarding credentials and regulatory compliance of the information they manage.
5. Intellectual property
RocketMoon methodologies, frameworks, templates, and proprietary materials remain under its ownership, without prejudice to deliverables agreed for the client in each contract.
6. Liability
The site and its information are provided "as is." RocketMoon is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or decisions made based on general site information. Nothing in these terms excludes liabilities that cannot be limited by law.
7. Third-party links and services
Use of third-party services (WhatsApp/Meta, Google, LinkedIn, GitHub, Vercel, Resend) is also governed by those providers' terms.
8. Data protection
Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
9. Modifications
RocketMoon may modify these terms at any time; the current version will be the one published on this page.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica. Disputes will be submitted to the courts of Costa Rica, respecting mandatory consumer protection rules in the user's country of residence when applicable.
