Privacy policy

1. Data controller

The controller of personal data collected through this site is Joseph Pastora (RocketMoon), identity card 1-1361-0020 (113610020), with address in San Francisco, Heredia, Costa Rica. Contact for data matters: joseph@rkm.one.

2. Data we collect

We collect only the data you voluntarily provide through the "Book an assessment" form or other contact channels: name, company (optional), role (optional), email address, and WhatsApp/phone number. Additionally, depending on your cookie consent, we may collect browsing data (see Cookie Policy).

3. Purpose

Data is used exclusively to: (i) handle your request and prepare the digital ecosystem assessment; (ii) contact you by email or WhatsApp for follow-up; (iii) send a receipt confirmation. We do not use your data for other purposes or sell it.

4. Retention

We do not maintain commercial marketing databases with your information. Data submitted through the form is received and kept in our email inbox (hola@rkm.one) only for as long as needed to manage your request and related follow-up. You may request deletion at any time.

5. Processors and third parties

To operate the site and process your request we use providers acting as data processors:

• Vercel Inc. — site hosting.
• Resend — delivery of form emails and confirmations.
• Google (Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics 4) — measurement, only with your consent.
• Meta (Pixel / WhatsApp) — measurement and communication, only with your consent / when you initiate contact via WhatsApp.

These providers may process data outside Costa Rica. When using them we apply reasonable measures to protect information.

6. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent when submitting the form or initiating contact, and on the legitimate interest of responding to your request.

7. Your rights (informational self-determination)

Under Costa Rica Law No. 8968, you have the right to access, rectify, update, delete your data, and to object or withdraw consent. To exercise them, write to joseph@rkm.one. You may also contact the Agency for the Protection of Inhabitants' Data (PRODHAB) of Costa Rica.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (HTTPS encryption in transit, access controls, data minimization) to protect your information.

9. Minors

The site and services are intended for adults. We do not intentionally collect data from minors.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version will always be the one published on this page with its update date.
